钻探钻头用钎料
使用说明
我公司生产的JH系列钻探钻头用钎料,主要用于石油、煤炭、黄金及其他各种地质勘探、钻井、采掘、取芯钻头生产的浸渍钎焊。这类钎料对结构钢和特硬合金粉末,具有良好的浸润性;对金刚石单晶及复合片,具有良好的包嵌及烧结性能,具有良好的强度。
钎焊前,母材表面须清理干净,钎焊温度推荐在液相线以上30~50℃,根据钎焊方法进行调整。
Braze welding materials for drilling bit
Guideline
Braze welding materials for JH series drilling bits are main used in exploit oil, coal, gold and geological prospecting, well drilling, excavating, core bit. These braze welding materials has good invasion property used for constructional steel and hard alloy powder, good wrapping property, sintering property and strength used for monocrystalline diamond and PDC. The matrix must be clean up before welding, the welding temperature can be 30~50 degrees more than liquidus, and make ajustment according to the welding method.

二、铜基钎料
2.1 铜锌钎料
2.1.1 使用说明 我公司的HL105、HL801等铜锌钎料,浸润性好、延伸率大、接头剪切强度和抗拉强度高。适用于硬质合金刀具和钎头、钎具、截齿等的钎焊。钎焊产品使用寿命长,能承受大的冲击载荷和疲劳载荷。铜锌钎料可采用浸渍钎焊、感应钎焊、气体火焰钎焊、炉中钎焊等工艺方法,钎焊前须对母材表面进行清除氧化膜、油脂、尘物处理,并充分预热。感应钎焊时,钎料和钎剂要在装配前安置好,切忌使钎料呈封闭环,防止钎料本身产生感应电流而过早熔化产生虚焊、缺焊。盐浴浸沾钎焊应定期对盐浴液脱氧并予以调整成分。
Copper base braze welding material
2.1 Cu-Zn braze welding material
2.1.1 Guideline Cu-Zn braze welding material HL105 and HL801 have good invasion property, extensibility property, shear strength property of joint and strength of extension. They can be used for braze welding of cemented carbide tools, drilling bits and bits. These bits can get long working life, better impact load and fatigue load. Cu-Zn braze welding materials can use techniques such as dip brazing, induction brazing, flame brazing and furnace brazing, the matrix should be clean up and pre-heating before welding. Braze welding materials and brazing flux should in place before induction brazing, the braze welding materials must avoid closed hoop in case of generate inductive current to cause quality problems. Salt-bath brazing techinque should deoxidize the salt liquid and make ajustment for composition.

2.2 铜磷钎料和铜银磷钎料
2.2.1 使用说明 铜磷钎料和铜银磷钎料适用于气体火焰钎焊、感应钎焊、炉内钎焊、电阻钎焊和浸渍钎焊等工艺方法。
化学成分按GB/T6418-1993标准执行,可供应双方协议认可的其它成分的钎料。

三 银基钎料
3.1 使用说明 银基钎料适用于气体火焰钎焊、电阻钎焊、真空钎焊、感应钎焊、浸渍钎焊和电弧钎焊等工艺方法。银基钎焊包括低银钎料、高银钎料和特种银钎料,按GB/T10046-2000标准执行生产。
三 Silver base braze welding materials
3.1 Guideline Silver base braze welding materials used for flame brazing, resistance brazing, vacuum brazing, induction brazing, dip brazing and arc brazing. Silver base braze welding materials including low-silver base braze welding materials, high-silver base braze welding materials and specilal silver base braze welding materials, these products according to GB/T10046-2000.

四、铜及铜合金焊丝
4.1 使用说明 铜及铜合金焊丝常用于焊接铜及铜合金,其中黄铜焊丝也广泛用于钎焊碳钢、铸铁及硬质合金刀具等。适用于气体火焰焊、氩弧焊和碳弧焊等工艺方法。氩弧焊是保证铜及铜合金焊接质量的有效方法,既能有性能良好的焊缝,又可减少焊件变形,但填充金属要根据母材选定。 各种焊接方法焊接前,要求对母材进行清除油脂、氧化物等处理。
四、copper and copper alloy solder wire
4.1 Guideline Copper and copper alloy solder wire can used for copper and copper alloy, the brass solder wire used for carbon steel, cast iron, and carbide tools. Used for flame brazing, argon arc welding and carbon arc welding. Argon arc welding is a effective method to keep good quality for copper and copper alloy, not only we can get high performance weld joint but also to reduce deformation, but choose filler metal should according to the matrix. The matrix should be clean up before welding.
